DC DMV offers a number of distinct designations you can get on your license or identification card during a DC DMV transaction that will be reflected on your credential.

If you are an eligible, US citizen or permanent resident male between the ages of 18 and 26, DC DMV will register you with the US Selective Service for military service (once you turn 26 years old, you are no longer eligible for selective service enrollment).
